Established on the Gold Coast in 2020, TQC became a registered NDIS provider in March 2021. Since then, we have remained focused on providing personalised, responsive disability support within our local Gold Coast community.
We believe good support starts with getting to know the person.
Everyone has different goals, routines, preferences and ideas about what a good life looks like. That's why our supports are built around the individual, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

TQC is a local provider, and we have made a conscious choice to stay that way.
Rather than expanding across multiple regions, we focus our services on the Gold Coast. This allows us to stay connected to the people we support and remain closely involved in the quality of the services we provide.
Being a smaller provider also means communication can be more direct. Participants, families and the people involved in their support can speak with our service management team without having to navigate layers of departments.

Our team includes experienced disability support workers who understand that providing great support is about much more than completing a list of tasks.
It's about understanding the person — their routines, preferences, communication, support needs and goals.
We place importance on matching participants with suitable support workers and providing consistency wherever possible, allowing genuine and trusted relationships to develop over time.

Whether we’re providing Supported Independent Living, assistance with daily living, personal support or helping someone participate in their community, our approach remains the same — support the individual in the way that works for them.
